Cancelation policy
Full credit will be issued if prior to five days of the Service date. If within that five-day window NPD will issue a lifetime ” rain Check” Maybe gifted or sold.
Other Terms & Conditions
Prices are subject to change without notice. Some surcharges may apply to hours outside our posted times. Pick-ups before 5:00 AM and after 11:00 pm a $10.00 early bird or night owl charges may be subject to charges.
Some gas surcharges may apply to tours. Toll charges & rates over 8 hours may be subject to other billing.
Cancellation charges will apply within 7 days prior notice.
Wine tours minimum 5 days prior to tour date. Mandatory cancellations must be phoned in or replied to with an accepted reply from our email staff. Cancellation charges may be the full price of the agreed charges.
Plus driver’s Gratuity (20%) & Fees will be added on net fares, tolls, city tax, and extra fuel costs if appropriate.
We do not honor refund cancellations on weekend wine tours.
No Cash refunds will be available within 14 days minimum before your tour. However, we do honor a lifetime rain check. For a lifetime rain check, a request outside 14 days will qualify for a cash credit.
